This new app replaces the existing CUAnywhere app, so download immediately and experience the enhanced features available. Note: The CUAnywhere app will no longer be available from 31st May 2021.

Accessing your Account…
Just follow these simple steps to get access to your account. It will only take a few short minutes to complete.
- Download the app from your App Store and open the app.
- If you are not a member of Letterkenny Credit Union, click “Join Our Credit Union” and complete an online membership application.
- If you are already a member click “Log In”.
- You must be registered for CUOnline to use the app.
- If you are not registered, then select “REGISTER” to register online.
Note: Evidence of Identity and address must be up-to-date before activation.
- To access the app enter your CUOnline Username and click Log In.
- Then enter your CUOnline Password and Continue.
- Select “Generate On Time Passcode”, a passcode will then be sent to your device.
- Enter the passcode provided and approve the activity.
- If your device supports log in through fingerprint or face recognition, you will be prompted to register for fingerprint or Face ID log in (this removes the need for you to remember a password and PIN to log in).
All phones are different, these features may need to be switched on in settings.
