Recurring Debit Card Payments
Please be aware that we are currently having a problem with Recurring Debit Card Payments. Note that “Make Card Lodgement” single payments are working.
The problem arose because of improvements to security on card payments, unfortunately, this means that some card payments are not automatically processing. Enhancements are being made to allow recurring payments, but it may take a little time.
If you get a failed payment message, please log onto your online account and manually make the payment.
If you don’t have an online account, please ring us on 074 91 24166 where our team will help you with the transaction. Otherwise, you can register here for an online account with an existing Letterkenny Credit Union Membership.
